The website presents services, prices and practical information, and links to Fresha for booking. Selecting a service is not an appointment. Contact, gift-card and partnership forms send requests directly to ritualis.mg@gmail.com; they do not confirm a booking, purchase or partnership.

3. Use and information
Provide accurate information, consider others, and do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access or misuse features. Descriptions are informative and not medical advice. Consult a health professional for health questions. Non-medical wellness services: no diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, cure or disease prevention. Sales terms govern services.
4. Availability and external links
Maintenance and incidents can affect availability. Rely on booking confirmation, not an interrupted display, and contact the salon if unsure. Fresha, mapping and other external services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices.
5. Personal information
Forms send names, email, optional details, messages and request information to the salon for answering and follow-up. There is no automatic marketing subscription. The hosting server and Gmail deliver the email. Do not send medical records, passwords or bank details. See the privacy policy. Private APIs and the internal portal remain unavailable pending suitable authentication; forms create no internal account.
6. Preferences and integrated services
Language may be saved locally. Maps and external services may use their own storage. Optional advertising and analytics require the applicable information and separate choices before activation; these terms are not advertising consent.
7. Content and liability
Protected text, images and brand elements may be consulted personally; other uses must respect rights. Report errors so they can be corrected. No provision removes statutory liability or mandatory user rights.
8. Applicable law and updates
Malagasy law applies subject to mandatory rules. Courts are determined accordingly. The update date is displayed; changes do not retroactively alter already confirmed bookings.
