1. Provider

RITUALIS.MG is a brand and concept developed by IMMERSION DIGITAL SARLU. NIF: 5019867410. STAT: 70202 11 2026 0 11017. Address shown in the available corporate documents: Lot II I 143 Ter CED Alarobia 101, Antananarivo, Madagascar. Company telephone: +261 34 43 742 95. Salon: Oriental International, 2nd floor, Ankazomanga, Antananarivo. Contact: ritualis.mg@gmail.com, +261 34 17 685 54. The registered office must be confirmed and the RCS number completed before commercial opening.

2. Services and prices

The menu describes services, content, durations and prices in ariary. The price accepted when booking applies. Extras must be disclosed and accepted before the service; no surcharge may be added without agreement. Later changes do not alter confirmed bookings. Standalone scrubs and wraps do not include a relaxation massage: preparation, care and removal on the treatment table with warm towels are included. Signature rituals include the choices described in the menu.

3. Duration and welcome

Ritual durations include 5 minutes to settle in and 5 minutes to dress afterwards. These 10 minutes are counted only once for a combined ritual. Arrive 15 minutes early and allow 15 minutes afterwards in the tea lounge. A 60-minute ritual includes 50 minutes of care; allow 90 minutes on site. Lemon water and a cool towel are offered on arrival, and a drink after the ritual.

4. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are completed exclusively on Fresha. Only its confirmation establishes an appointment. This form does not reserve a time slot. Check the service, date, time, duration, price and conditions before confirming. Fresha’s terms govern its platform; these terms govern RITUALIS.MG’s services.

5. Payment

MVola · Orange Money · Cash. Available methods are confirmed before payment. No payment on this website. No deposit, prepayment or automatic charge is established by these terms. Any advance, its nature, amount and cancellation treatment must be disclosed beforehand. A payment receipt is provided. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Gift cards

Sending the form is neither a confirmed order nor payment. The team confirms in writing the amount, validity, eligible services, usage, rescheduling and refund conditions before payment. A card and identifier are issued only after payment verification. The form does not create a usable card. The accepted purchase conditions accompany it.

Complimentary care and loyalty benefits

Complimentary promotional services are distinct from purchased gift cards. Their content, validity and conditions are disclosed when offered. They are not exchangeable for cash unless mandatory law provides otherwise; a paid amount cannot be called a free gift to avoid a refund due. Loyalty benefits follow the communicated programme rules and are not purchased cards or monetary credit unless expressly agreed. Programme changes cannot unlawfully remove acquired rights retroactively.

6. Changes, cancellation and lateness

Use the channel stated in your confirmation and notify us as early as possible. These terms establish no graduated cancellation penalties. Any special prepayment or cancellation conditions must be disclosed and accepted before booking. A late arrival may shorten the session to protect subsequent appointments; the team explains the available time. Missed welcome or tea time is not automatically carried over. Lateness must not compromise safety. If RITUALIS.MG cancels, other than legally recognised force majeure, a new date is offered first. If it is unsuitable or cannot be provided, sums paid for the cancelled booking are refunded in full. A voucher is not imposed instead. The client is not held responsible for the salon’s delay.

6 bis. Accepting booking requests

A new booking may be refused or online access limited for objective, legitimate reasons assessed individually: repeated late cancellations or absences disrupting the schedule, unpaid charges, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, or inability to perform safely. Decisions must be proportionate and non-discriminatory; there is no general right to refuse without reason. Confirmed appointments remain subject to cancellation, refund and mandatory rights.

6 ter. Force majeure

Under Malagasy law, an external, unforeseeable and insurmountable event that actually prevents performance may be force majeure. A cyclone, storm, disaster, riot, strike or unexpectedly decreed holiday qualifies only if those conditions are met and opening is actually prevented; occurrence alone is insufficient. Affected clients are informed promptly. Temporary obstacles favour rescheduling. If performance or an agreed rescheduling is impossible, amounts paid for unperformed services are refunded, subject to mandatory law. Legally recognised force majeure alone does not create additional compensation within legal limits, and never automatically permits retention of an unperformed service’s price.

7. Comfort and precautions

Non-medical wellness services: no diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, cure or disease prevention. Pregnancy: contact us before booking. A specifically trained practitioner, suitable positioning and products, and prior advice from your doctor or midwife are needed. Avoiding abdominal massage alone is not sufficient. Following childbirth, during recovery or for older visitors, discuss comfort and precautions with the team. Tell us about allergies and sensitive skin. You may request a different pressure, a pause or an end to the session at any time. Services do not replace medical consultation. Discuss information needed for comfort and safety with the practitioner. If suitable care cannot be provided, the team discusses a solution. These precautions do not waive professional liability.

8. Consideration, privacy and conduct

Mutual consideration, privacy and hygiene are essential. Services have no sexual nature. Threatening, violent or inappropriate behaviour may lead to interruption; this alone does not impose an undisclosed financial penalty. Information for adapting care is handled discreetly. Do not send detailed medical records through public comments or unsuitable channels.

9. Complaints and liability

Contact the salon with your appointment date and the problem, using the details in your confirmation or above. RITUALIS.MG remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. No clause removes statutory consumer rights or generally excludes professional liability. Seeking an amicable solution does not prevent legal remedies.

10. Applicable law and updates

Services are performed in Madagascar and governed by Malagasy law, subject to mandatory rules. Competent courts are determined under those rules. The version accepted when booking continues to apply to that booking; changes apply to future commitments. Commercial conditions are disclosed before each commitment. The registered office and RCS number remain to be completed before commercial opening.
