1. Controller and contact

2. Forms and purposes
Name and email are requested; phone and project information are used if provided. Gift requests include the recipient’s and giver’s first names and chosen ritual. Details are used to answer, prepare a proposal and follow up, without automatic marketing subscription. Do not submit medical data, passwords or banking information.
3. Delivery, recipients and retention
HTTPS carries the request to Madagascar Internet’s server, then email delivers it to ritualis.mg@gmail.com for authorised RITUALIS staff. Forms create no contact database and application logs do not store message content, name or email; a technical identifier records mail-server acceptance. Correspondence remains in the operator’s mailbox for handling and follow-up. Retention must be limited to these purposes and applicable legal obligations; deletion requests are assessed via the above contact. Hosting backups and technical logs also follow the host’s policy.
4. Third parties and transfers
Google supplies Gmail. Fresha manages booking and booking accounts under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening WhatsApp, social networks or Google Maps sends data to those services. Providers may process data outside Madagascar; consult their policies. Sending a request is not consent to marketing or advertising tracking.
5. Security and spam protection
HTTPS, field validation, an invisible spam field, a temporary form token and sending limits are used. Tokens contain no request content. Application logs do not record your message, name or email. Private APIs and spaces stay blocked. Forms ask for no payment details or password.
6. Preferences, analytics and advertising
Language may be stored on your device. Google Analytics and Meta remain inactive without production identifiers and required choices. Optional categories must be distinct and revisable. Form fields are not sent to advertising tags. Booking clicks are not purchases. Embedded Google Maps follows Google’s policy.
7. Rights
Ask ritualis.mg@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion or objection subject to applicable conditions. Requests are assessed under Malagasy law, including personal-data protection law; proportionate identity verification may be needed.
